Reappraisal of 'minimum wage' and other 'minimums'.

Establishment of national employment standards.

Public servants' pay rates and benefits to become same as all other employees.

Union membership is encouraged to even the imbalance between an employer's power and resources and an individual worker's power and resources in the employment selection situation.

Labour unions encouraged to become more professional and more communal.

Workplace agreements permitted in certain situations but generally discouraged.
