Policy :

Human Rights

All humans have certain intrinsic rights, to liberty, dignity and aspiration. One common right is democracy, the right to determine the direction of one's community as a group; any individual - elected official, media mogul or sect leader - who impacts on this right is guilty of treason against his community.

Examples of malfeasance against democratic process include misuse by a public officer of public funds to promote political agenda (as Howard's IR campaign), political bias in mass media (as in certain talkback radio shows and The Telegraph) or religious groups forming pressure groups (as in reported Exclusive Brethern activities).

The other right of free will is the freedom from bullying; control freaks and corporations tend to use both bluff and real power over other people to establish their will - meaning, to deny the other individual exercise of his or her free will. This is also treasonous. NOBIS will seek to implement methodologies for identifying, categorising and prosecuting these behaviours.
