Electoral Affairs


  

Persons running for local, state or federal government posts must have completed recognised academic training in public administration, ethics, and competence-based disciplines, as for all public servants. Unsuccessful academic results or non-completion to preclude individuals from running.

Corruption, misfeasance, malfeasance to be considered as treason and prosecuted accordingly.

No senior elected government officer (ie, Minister) allowed to take employment or receive income or other benefits other than pension for three years after leaving office, to discourage featherbedding when in office.

Non-performance or lack of diligence in office to be grounds for instant dismissal.
