Policy :

Child Support, Care, Protection

To be provided by parents; any parent failing to provide will be prosecuted.

In cases of separation / divorce, a parent defaulting on support payments will be prosecuted as a matter of urgency.

Separating parents of dependent children may be fingerprinted / DNA registered to facilitate location and identification in case of default in payments.

A custodial parent not providing adequate child care will be prosecuted and may permanently lose custody of the child.

All such protections of at-risk persons will be expedited by appropriate revision of protection practices and policies, and of funding.

Child care agencies to be radically reformed and adequately funded.
