All carers to be registered for competence, integrity etc; new carer standards to be set.

Appropriate care facilities standards to be set and policed.

Home carers all carers to be registered for competence, integrity etc; new carer standards to be set.

Appropriate care facilities standards to be set and policed.

Home carers to be government funded based on means testing.

Mobile aged care to have increased funding.

Funding for intensive hospital care for terminal aged cases to be reduced, to be government funded based on means testing.

 

'Perpetual' legislation to be passed to ensure future care, eg, so that Gen X or Gen Y voters cannot have their future governments remove Medicare for Babyboomers or reduce or remove pensions altogether.
