Champions' Projects List

The following is a list of Projects open for undertaking by any individual or group who feels so inclined, excluding Lawyers and Police officers, who are excluded because they are prohibited from entering the Partnerships required by this process.

Each Project refers to an apparent or potential particular breach of Statute or other Law of the Land, most commonly by the very Governments, Courts of Law and other Public Offices of Australia. Each is the basis for a potentially strong challenge to be made in the Courts of Law of Australia.

Each one needs a Champion.

Perhaps not a Don Quixote, but rather level-minded individuals willing to put the intellectual and spiritual effort needed into returning our Nation to the Rule of Law. Ethical behaviour is everywhere out of favour, replaced today by a debased public morality under which seemingly anything goes. The integrity of our legal system is eroded and blasted wholesale out of existence by Government corrupt behaviour, Public Service incompetence and malfeasance and the unbridled greed and power of Corporatism.

How the CLA system works

You read through the synopses of these Projects until you see one which attracts your interest, either through coincidence of experience or through your close knowledge of the legal situation involved - whatever it is makes you sit up and say 'Aha!  I can see the wrong in that, I am incensed and willing to fight that wrongdoing in order to see Justice done!' *

Once you have selected your Project, or quest or venture, next step is to request greater detail on it from CLA; for which you must be at least a Standard Member of CLA. Should this greater supply of information on it confirm your interest in the Project, on request you will be introduced to its aggrieved subject.

After initial discussions, fact-finding and negotiations, should you still wish to undertake the Project, you will enter into a CLA Partnership Agreement with the aggrieved subject. The Agreement will enable you to represent the subject in Court proceedings, even though you may not be a member of the Law Association, under 36 Edward III C 9

Next step is to approach your local Chancellor, who presides in a Chancery - probably your local Magistrate - and initiate process against the offending party. Unless the alleged offender against Statute Law attends a local Church, he or she can be prosecuted from anywhere in Australia.

The benefits

Benefits from successfully representing a person aggrieved by a breach of Statute or other Law of the Land is rewarded not only by the sense of having been integral in making Justice to triumph, but also by the penalty awarded against the offending party by the Court.

The CLA Partnership Agreement will usually allocate these funds equally between the Project Champion and the aggrieved party, after withholding a commission of ten percent towards operating costs of the CLA. As a rough guide, cases will tend to involve penalties for individual offences starting from $100,000 for the corporations and $30,000 for individuals involved, and most cases will tend to involve multiple offences.

So it is level-headed earnest business-like persons who we are seeking as our Champions, individuals not only interested in championing the cause of Law and the protection of the downtrodden, but also aware of and motivated by the financial rewards resulting from the triumph of Justice.
