Noah's question ~ Why an ARK?

The ARK concept came from a number of problems needing solutions – a house for places with regular flooding; sturdy housing for earthquake zones; a house that is a self-contained bio-zone requiring no utilities; a house that would serve comfortably and reliably in wetlands, protected environments, the Antarctic, the Gobi desert ... a floating house without the horrors of houseboat design.

ARK not only solves these problems, it revolutionises the economics of housing by radically expanding the places in which we can put houses. It is enabled by innovative technologies that do not adapt easily to traditional house design or construction.

Given the very real threat of rising sea levels due to global warming, ARK makes a very sound investment for the future-looking home buyer.
